wow....had been a really long time since i posted. but i'm gonna make it short this time cuz i'm too lazy. sooo i juz came back from the dinner w/ the worship team ppl...actually juz about 2/3 of em, at sushi ten. food was delicious! we had so much fun..ming was calling josh every few mins updating him w/ the u of a basketball game. it was so suspensful i cant believe we lost! we were on the lead by like 9 pts on the last few mins. n then we ended up losing by 1 pt! ahh! neways, so yeah, dinner was awesome. thank God 4 n lan fang ah yi/tian ying su su 4 it!
be4 dinner, we had the 5 hrs long practice 4 easter. it was great but pretty torturous. 4 the second part, we had to stand up the whole time. my back n shoulders hurt like crap in the end. i'm so nervous...i have quite a lot of solo parts this time. pray that the whole service will go well tom. oh n chuck came n helped us w/ our music. omg...he's sooo gd at everything! singing, piano, conducting, writing music, etc. it was awesome working w/ him. he kept complimented us, said we improved a lot in the last 3 months. i'm glad. Praise God 4 helping us!

so yeah...that was basically all about today.

as 4 the week...hmm...there was nothing much to tell u about cuz it's all the same xcept 4 the assembly. omg...it was sooo gross...close to the end, the vice principals had a mud wrestling. ahh! 40+ (i think) men wearing those wrestling clothes! burned my eyes! it was soo disgusting. but i guess it was kinda funny...one is 1 foot taller than the other. man...i cant believe they actually wanted to do that. vice principals. wow....

well i'm done 4 now...needa take a shower. so later!

alright i'm back! still sick but feel much better now...

so about my winter break....ahh...it was wonderful. it was the best break that i've had in U.S. 4 the 1st part, like i said in the last entry, we went to disneyland n also hang out w/ clay n winston, stephen, n their friends.

then we came back, but after staying a few days at kat then jiow's house, we went to cali again 4 a retreat. (2nd part)it was sooo much fun! we stayed at Hilton...ahh..was so grand. i met lots of awesome ppl there n also 2 s'poreans!!!(they're old but kool.) the bad part tho, is that i got only max 6 hrs of sleep cuz jiow n tracy wont stop giggling n talking...>ahem<. i learned a lot too tho i had some difficulties telling ppl what i learned...hehe...but yeah..it made me come up w/ some hard but great new year resolutions which i'll list right now. alright...NEW YEAR'S RESOLUTION: 1. Maintain my 4.5GPA, straight A's. 2. NO BF's (that's the hard 1 but i know i can do it. besides, i wont have time 4 guyz this yr as i prepare to move back & i want to try to save myself 4 the one that God prepares 4 me) 3. Be less self-seeking. 4. Go online less (i'm doing it!!) 5. Work harder so i'll go to a better skool when i return to s'pore. 6. Get rid of procrasination. that's it....dont want to list too many cuz these r hard enuf already 4 a yr. alright back to winter break..yeah i know it's getting boring but oh well...i g2 write it down or i'll 4get. neways, after the retreat we came back n our family friends came. they had 2 lil mischievious but cute kids. it's a bummer tho cuz being lil kids, they seem to get up at 8 every morning no matter what time they go to bed, n so they wake us up the min they open their eyes either by turning their gameboy volume to the max ooor...walking on our mattresses....sigh.. it's alright now cuz i've been getting about 12 hrs of sleep everyday cuz i'm sick. my energy is now fully restored. i think. i hope. lol. well now i'm content w/ this post so....i shall start doing hw now. remember...no procrasination!! i'll post the retreat photos soon!(it's only ming's orange mustache, wei cheating on josh, n tracy n yi napping) ciao! editz- alright here r the retreat pix>>>http://community.webshots.com/scripts/editPhotos.fcgi?action=viewall&albumID=245807433&ran=4771

time to update!

it had been a really stressful n busy week...stayed up till 12 doing projects n hw 4 the whole week. so yeah....pretty tired, also got sick due to eating too much chocolates n not drinking water, and teh cold weather on the wedding day.

Wedding was sooooo much fun! it went really well tho it was raining the whole day n was freezing. U could really feel God's presence. It was pretty touching. I wish my parents were in, actually, every1 except my dad did, but cuz my dad's still think about my grandma, so he didnt want to. Hope that we have another chance!
Neways, i'll be posting the pix soon tho i find it kinda pointless cuz i think i sent most of u the pix. But oh well, i didnt send all soooo....go check it out!

Back to the weekend....we learned sooo much. It was all connected too...bible study on fri, wedding on sat, n the long sermon from sun. They were all about luv. True luv....i dont know if i really have it cuz a lot of times i'm pretty self-seeking. Pray that i'll change. Chuck Hong came too n taught us music. i learned a lot tho it was only about an hr. Really thank God 4 that weekend. was one of the best weekends ever!

about this week, like i've said...it's all projects n hw. but ahhh...we'll be having finals next week...hope that i'll do well. So far, i have straight A's . juz needa maintain that...hope i wont get an A- this semester! that'll be my goal. one gd thing tho, we'll get out of skool at 1130 on tues, wed, n thurs, n on fri, no skool!!

Tho it looks easy to say, it's so hard to do. Especially about being anxious. There are so many things going on right now that i cant handle. i'm at business class right now. have nothing else to do so i decided to blog.

this week had been pretty stressful, especially yesterday and wednesday...had so much hw. all the teachers went crazy this week, all of em gave a project that would be due next week. already have 2 in science, and 2 in english + all the tests. it's crazy.

tom's the wedding!!! i still dont know how or whu would do my hair cuz jocelyn (not jiow) was gonna do it 4 me at sarah's house, but my mum wouldnt bring me there. so cant. then jade said she might be able to do it but her dad's bringing her somewhere. -_-" siiiiiigh..... n i still need to get shoes and jewelries....hope that i'll be able to get them all today.

it's not a week yet i know....i'm juz in the mood of writing! ^^

thanksgiving break is finally here!!!! it's gonna be a blast! n i'm gonna get so fat! especially after the thanksgiving dinner this fri. i already gained some after sat's dinner at Tracy's, ate like 5 chocolates n lotsa junk food that day.

wooo! guess what??? my lil sis's getting baptized! i cant believe it....she's so lil. but yeah..i'm glad 4 her. she was hyper when my mum told her about it. was funny.

neways, i'm sooooo excited 4 the wedding that's coming up!!!! i'm gonna get a dress 4 it today or on fri. sux that it's the week right after thanksgiving. but oh well...i'll be fine. RESIST THE TEMPTATION.......!!! haha i'd need help on that. i'm so dissapointed tho cuz my parents were actually gonna be in it....it would've been so much fun n i'll get to be the flower gurl! oh well.... it's still gd, i'm playing 4 one of the songs...i'm gonna be sooo nervous, but kat's gonna be worse cuz she has a long solo in the beginning. there's gonna be so many ppl there...doubt there'll be enuf space 4 every1 to fit in there. + it's gonna be freezing...n we're wearing dresses...burrg...dont wanna even think about it. pray that it'll be warmer that day n that everything will run smoothly.

time to blog again... ^^

hm..there had been a lil argument/discussion about religion in my tag board. well juz wanna let u guyz know that i really had no intention of offending u guyz. the whole purpose of my previous entry was juz to say how thankful i am to be given the opportunity to come to U.S. u guyz might've been mistaken cuz a large part of my entry got cut off so it seemed like i was only talking about that. but yeah...i did sound offensive by saying that it was a joke. so sry...

neways, time 4 my weekly update on my life......(not really weekly, but i think i'll start doing that now)

MONDAY- was so kool! (at skool) more than half the skool went on a field trip that day so we got free time in the classes. we could do almost whatever we want. it was like the most relaxing day at skool ever. all i did was talking 4 the whole day. especially at orchestra, megs n i were talking none stop. but at lunch, it was so crowded cuz it's combined so we had to sit on the floor n eat. wasnt that bad tho, cuz we got the heat.....was so freakin cold that day. after skool, i was tired, thirsty, n hungry...so i decided to eat. i had no clue that my violin lesson was changed to that day till 15 mins be4 i leave. wasnt prepared AT ALL. fortunately, i didnt do as bad. i learned. didnt waste $$. hehe...

TUESDAY- hm...what happened that day...OHHHH! it was half day! that means skool starts at 9:30 n ends and 12:35. was awesome. but it was so stressful in teh morning cuz i had to study 4 a vocab test. it was sooo hard. was started off w/ 60+ words, but now it became 120+ words. was crazy... i got words stucked in my head all day. thought i would do horrible cuz i didnt finish studying all the words. had like 30 left. but surprising/luckily, i got a 96%!!! hehehehe...
yeah..that's pretty much what i can remember 4 that day. oh n my mum 4got to pass the notebook to kat again =_= maybe i shouldnt trust her w/ that anymore....

WED- was soo much fuun but stressful!! it was a half day too so i went to Sarah's house. OMG....her bro n frenz were so freakin crazy. i mean...C R A Z Y! they were violent? n the way that her bro eat eggs was gross... but they were so funny tho. living w/ them must be a blessing i guess...cuz they're always so funny so they can cheer u up......but might be a disaster they too hyped up. lol... yeah neways, sarah taught me guitar....n i figured out the notes 4 her. my fingers hurt so much when i went home cuz i was playing so much. it was fun tho. i also saw her collection of clothes....O....M...G.....she can open up her own store if she is willing to sell all her clothes. it's crazy...she has like 4 times of mine. i seriously think i need more after i saw hers lol.
when i got home, it was extremely stressful cuz i procrasinated. i was doing my hw 4 hrs straight. n it was juz reading the odssey n taking notes, n studying 4 science test which i think i did really bad on. so yeah...that's pretty much it 4 the day.

THURSDAY- i dont really remember what i did....OHOHOH!!! the stupid no not stupid...uhh...what word shall i use to describe him....well i dont know. our orchestra teacher.....he was soo uh....iresponsible! it's so obvious that he doesnt care much about that class. he had us play the playing test again cuz he didnt record it last fri n he said he 4got how we did so he needs to listen again. i was sp pissed cuz i took a break n didnt practice 4 two days. but fortunately, i did well....better than i thought. i moved from the 8th chair in 1st violin to the 4th!! i was glad..but not really cuz it wasnt very accurate. the guy sitting next to me should be in teh 1st but he was the 5th instead. it wasnt fair 4 him. so yeah...we're trying to get another teacher right now....we thought of the sub that we had on mon...he was sooo nice n great. he helped us a lot. that's it 4 that day.

FRIDAY- missed skool due to hw.....-_- the ODYSEEY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! +_+ i hate that book! i wanna burn it!! it's so pointless n long n stupiid. we had to find quotes 4 the literary conventions n had to prepare 4 an in class essay. i was copying down the criteria but a guy came in n stood in front of me. he blocked the whole board. i thought i was gonna copy it later, but 4got =_=......haiii...i was so stupid. but well it wasnt a bad day to miss cuz we didnt do much. but i made a promise to myself that i wont ever skip skool ever again. i've missed too much.
at night, went to church, had no clue that we had the thanksgiving event. but it was alright. poor jerry, he got stucked inside cuz he had to play the drums. when i went in again, it was so obvious that he was falling asleep cuz his beat was off....it slowed down, then speed up. was funny tho.

As 4 the weekend, i'll juz sum it up... we had practice, went shopping 4 dresses (i saw a really really pretty one but it was sooo expensive! so i'll wait till the thanksgiving sales.) then to the party. it was sooooo fun! we saw white chicks...i <3 that movie!! I"M SO FREAKIN PISSED! LET'S GO SHOOOOPIN! OMG! SHE'S GONNA HAVE A BF!! LOL....funny funny. i wanna watch it again. neways yeah...was great awesome kool great.

hm...so how should i start this entry? guess i juz did lol. k that didnt make much sense. ohwell.

neways, skool had been really awesome. not as much hw as usually, or maybe it's juz me getting use to the hw. but my procrasination problem had not been solved yet....found out that i usually do my hw after 630pm, n usually go to bed at around 12. n it sux cuz at skool i'd be so weary n lil retarded/slow (lol), n fall asleep during class. really needa get rid of that habit. so yeah...tom's veteran's day...no skool!!! yay... i'm not that excited tho...cuz i think i'm gonna be stucked at home preparing 4 the exams that i'd have to take when i go back to s'pore.

goooosh! time flies!! it's hard to believe that i only have half a yr left...>>sobs<< (editz....this part got cut of....but i was juz talking about how it's gonna be hard 4 me when i go back cuz i slacked sooo very much, but i'm still thankful 4 the opportunity to come here) cuz i get to live in a totally diff environment. view outside of my window is a beautiful mountain (mountain..not a small tiny hill....like bukit timah lol. n i can actually see the sky here lol.) tho it's a desert, half desert actually, it's still prettiful. also, i get to go on road trips/vacation almost every break/ holiday, got to play w/ snow every yr...it's so fun. hm..n experience american culture, make so many kool friends+awsome best friends, n experience 4 seasons, go to their skool, go to an awesome church!!, n best of all, know Christ!! cuz we were buddist (kinda) when we 1st came here. no offense, that religion is a total joke. we juz worshipped statues u will have to protect instead of them protecting u cuz u have to clean it n make sure it's kept in a safe place where it wont be knocked over. most worshipers dont know what they're worshipping. when the 1 that they're worshipping doesnt answer their prayers, they juz quit worshipping it. ok well i'll stop talking about it....getting off the subject here.

neways, today was a pretty gd day cuz ashlee simpson n ryan something came! unfortunately, i 4got to bring my camera!! n id card too! luckily they didnt have to check it. i didnt really like ashlee's concert..she sang kinda bad n her "dancing" was really weird. however ryan's was pretty kool. he sings n plays the guitar really well n he's hot!! but it was sooo loud that i couldnt hear myself scream n my ears were still ringing after teh concert. ok enuf of that. i have lotsa hw so g2 get started. i might post some of the pix from that concert if i can! so buh bai!

yaaay! we're going on vacation tom!! it's gonna be a rush since we only have 4 days n we're it's a road trip to colorado but juz hope that we'll have fun! pray 4 us that we'll have a safe trip!

anyways, today was kool. i luv breaks! u get to slack. went to bed at 2am n woke up at 10...couldnt sleep no more cuz there's like a clock in me now. then i ate n watched tv. then cleaned my room, watch tv, go on, talk on fone, watch tv again, then eat. hehe...it's such a simple and awesome day. ohhh!! which reminds me about yesterday! was lotsa fun! went to church in the morning..was like the 1st time i didnt play in worship in like 4 months haha. then i went to the mall after that w/jiow, jia xin, wang jin, my sis, n jerry. we watched taxi!!!! it was sooooo gd! it's a MUST WATCH movie!! it's hilarious! anyways, we then went n shopped 4 a lil n poor jerry has to follow us all around. he was the only guy who went, sadly. haha...there's...nvm i g2g now. i'll update u guyz w/ beautiful colorado next time!! buh bai!

anyways 4 some reason i decided to update right now. today was picture day...i looked gay...shouldnt have wore such a boring shirt. oh well, juz like maggie said: "looks dont define ur personalities." lol. i luv that phrase. it cheers me up. haha. anyways...u know what's so sad? yesterday someone stole $30 (about S$55) from my walletafter volleyball class!! i was so depressed...u know how long it took me to save it? haaiiii.... juz wish that that person or those ppl will feel extremely guilty so they'll nvr do that again. i was so unlucky tho. was the 1st time i couldnt open my lock due to some very weird brain fart n i had to leave my bag pack out. then got $$ stolen. but thank God they didnt steal ALL of my $ lol...they left $10 in there...was weird but very nice of them. n also thank God that they didnt steal my prettiful fone! i would be so extremely very upset if they did. weeell...i betta get started w/ my hw. baaaiii!!!

last week was the best week ever.
-early out on conference days (tues n wed) so went to skool at 930 n got out at 1230. was so freaking awesome. i juz watched tv n groof of the rest of the day.
-not much hw

hiiii!~ i'm here to update again.

life's pretty interesting at this point altho i'm still trying to find a way out of the maze. haha...it's ok if u dont get it.

well weekend was kool. went to church on friday n we had class w/ clayton again. was awesome. great discussion except someone (hm....) said that we were "inmature" cuz jing n my yellow bro (huang se- last name huang, nickname-se) were talking. then starting from that day, they argue n hit each other every single min. i kinda regret bring her to church. lol jk...they was hilarious but stoooopid. anyways, sat was kinda boring. we went to church 4 like 9 hrs total. yeah it is CRAZY. morning practice (we were late 1/2 hr cuz my dad was nagging at me) + babysitting at night. sunday was like the best altho i admit it was boring at church after the presentation cuz we had to wait 4 my parents 4 like 2 hrs n we did nuthin. but after church, we went to beyond bread. dood i bet i gained at least 4 lbs from the cakes there. cake was so sweet n huge....but gd, n coffee...>sigh<...it was like the 1st time i got my own but it was sooo BITTER. we all added at least 5 packs of sugar n some milk. was crazy. but in the end it tasted ok. i thought that my parents changed so much after the classes on sunday. they didnt yell at me at all that day. then they decided to give us a treat as a compliment on how we did the 2 weeks they were gone. it's so weird. however i like it. thank God 4 that speaker. they are awesome! made my parents change! oooooo!! my heros! lol.

n today....vocab test was soooooo haaaarrd. i was prepared n thought i would do well but when i came across the analogies section, i freaked out cuz out of 6, i only knew 2. i kinda guessed 4 the rest. haaaiii....my vocab bank is really shallow. thank God that i took that class. it's really helping me tho it really stressful. well...juz hope that i did well on the test.

U KNOW WHAT??? i bet none of u read this whole entry. haha...it's freakin long n dont think anyone would care about what i said lol. oh well haha.

anyways, today's a great day. church was gd. i messed up a lil in worship but it was still great, then sunday skool was same as usually. but english service was pretty hilarious. jiow kat n tracy was jumping. they looked pretty retarded over there cuz everyone was juz standing still. but will it was all gd. sue's sermon was awesome...actually learned some stuf. after that we juz ate lunch, talked n snatch balls. my volleyball (actually the skool's ) is pretty scratched up now. i feel kinda guilty. but it was fun. more like funny. after church, we went to pick up my parents. they brought lotsa books again -_- but also some kool stuff too and fooooood. my mum got her hair straightened..looked kinda weird but it's better than her curly hair haha. she didnt dye it. so it looked as if she had white highlights. (dont tell her i said this...) haha. well tom's labor day..hope that we can go somewhere fun. i wanna go to the mall really bad but dont know if it'd be open. if not i hope that i can hang out w/ some frenz.
